4. International transfers
Part of the data is processed on servers outside Brazil, including in the United States and the European Union. These transfers rely on the applicable safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses and adequacy commitments from the providers.
5. Retention
Your data is kept while the account exists. When you delete the account, identification data, preferences, history and progress are erased or irreversibly anonymised.
Financial records — amount, currency, date and transaction identifiers — are kept for the legally required period for accounting and tax purposes even after deletion, detached from your identity.
6. Your rights
At any time you may request confirmation of processing, access, correction, portability, anonymisation, deletion, withdrawal of consent, and information about who we share your data with.
You can delete your account yourself: go to Profile › Danger zone › Delete account. Other requests are handled through the contact channel below, within the legal deadline.
8. Minors
The service is not intended for children under 13. Between 13 and 18, use depends on authorisation and supervision by a parent or guardian. If we identify an account belonging to a child under 13, it will be deleted along with the associated data.
9. Security
We apply technical and organisational measures proportionate to the risk: encrypted traffic, role-based access control, audio files isolated behind per-request authorisation, logging of administrative access and periodic permission reviews.
No system is immune. In the event of an incident posing relevant risk, we will notify the affected people and the competent authority within the legal deadlines.
