Terms and conditions

1. Purpose

These terms govern the use of Lingo.Tips, a platform operated by LJ Soluções Digitais Ltda. (CNPJ «PREENCHER: CNPJ») offering access to original pedagogical songs with synced lyrics and translations for language learning.

By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.

2. Registration

• Registration is exclusively through a Google account. We neither create nor store passwords.
• You are responsible for the security of your Google account and for all activity carried out through it.
• The minimum age to use the service is 13. Users under 18 require authorisation and supervision from a parent or legal guardian.
• We may suspend accounts that breach these terms, with notice whenever possible.

3. Premium access

Premium access is bought with a single payment, with no automatic renewal and no recurring charge. There is no subscription.

Access is tied to the account that made the purchase and is non-transferable: it may not be sold, assigned, lent or shared.

4. Term of lifetime access

We would rather qualify the word “lifetime” than use it in a way we could not honour.

Premium access is granted for an indefinite term, for as long as the service remains in operation, covering the content available on the purchase date and future releases. Should the service be discontinued, users will be notified at least 30 days in advance and may request a proportional refund if the purchase occurred within the 12 months preceding the notice.

5. Refunds

You have a right of withdrawal within 7 (seven) calendar days of purchase, under article 49 of the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code, with no need to justify it. Just write to «PREENCHER: E-MAIL DE CONTATO» from the address linked to your account.

Once confirmed, the refund is processed with the payment provider within 5 business days. How long it takes to appear on your statement depends on the card issuer or payment method, usually 1 to 2 billing cycles.

Premium access is revoked with the refund.

6. Intellectual property

All Lingo.Tips content — songs, recordings, lyrics, translations, timings, cover art, texts and the platform itself — belongs to LJ Soluções Digitais Ltda. or is licensed to it.

Buying premium access grants a personal, non-exclusive, revocable and non-transferable licence, for personal and non-commercial use.

• You may not download, copy or extract the audio files by any means.
• You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense or make the content available to third parties.
• Public performance, playback in venues and any commercial use are forbidden.
• You may not create derivative works from the content without written permission.

7. Acceptable use

• Do not share credentials or let other people use your account.
• Do not bypass, disable or attempt to defeat technical restrictions, access controls or the preview limit on premium songs.
• Do not extract content automatically (scraping, scripts, bots) or overload the infrastructure.
• Do not use the content, in whole or in part, to train, fine-tune or evaluate artificial intelligence models.

8. Availability

The service is provided as is. We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation: maintenance, provider outages and fixes requiring temporary content removal can happen.

We may also change, replace or remove specific songs from the catalogue for technical, editorial or legal reasons.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced by email and on the site with reasonable notice before taking effect. Continued use afterwards means acceptance.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Brazilian law. The courts of Curitiba, Paraná, are elected to settle disputes, without prejudice to the consumer's right to sue in their own domicile.
